Refund policy
At Malabis Bags, we ensure every product is carefully checked before delivery. However, if you face any issue, please review our policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required showing the package being opened.
The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the issue.
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
3. Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original packaging and brand tag must be intact and attached.
Items with removed/damaged tags will not be eligible for return.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
Change of mind / personal preference
Slight size or design expectations
5. Return Process
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship.
6. Refund Policy
Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If the product fails quality check, the return will be rejected.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
